Room very cool during extreme heat outside, presence of refrigerator/microwave.
Not close enough to anything, including transportation, with no pick up available for the dc tours. Wifi would not work except for a few minutes a day. The advertised "continental breakfast" was sad (little debbie cakes and a pot of coffee). No pool. No cancellation policy.
I ordered a few electronic items to the hotel, and they took them behalf on me. Reliable is a good thing.
There was no wireless during the two days. That was a bad joke.
Back hallway to upstairs was dirty every time we went up and down. Seems the cleaning staff did not have this on their work schedule.
Room had almost an unbearable smell and shower handle was broken; staff was not very friendly
Breakfast is awful. Coffee from a coffee machine and plastic wrapped muffin.Nothing to do with continental breakfast.
What I liked best was the continental breakfast; I really loved having hot coffee in the morning. I liked the location of the hotel due to the fact that I needed to be close to the airport. The rooms were clean and comfortable.
There wasn't too much that I didn't like.
The wonderful lady who worked the night shift on Wed 13 and Thrus 14. She was extremely nice and helpful. : )
The continental breakfast was not much. Just a few muffins, danishes, coffee, and tea. Maybe adding fruit, cereal, milk, juice?
no elevator to the second floor, not exactly convenient.not terribly convenient to the Metro (20min away) and didn't see a lot of choices for restaurants. The breakfast provided consisted of apples, and individually wrapped danishes. If you're looking for clean and inexpensive only, this is the place.
It was inexpensive
They had no record of my booking through you. We were lucky t get a room.
The staff was friendly and responsive. Great location - close to Arlington, main highway, grocery store, restaurants, and wonderful nearby trails for walking, biking, & jogging. The bed was very comfortable.
The continental breakfast was okay but minimal - apples, rolls, bread, coffee, tea. Dry cereal and low-fat milk would be helpful additions. The bathroom fan squeeked on start-up for a few minutes.
The rooms are quite big, there is wireless and besides a breakfast included in the stay. The best thing is the location and the price. From Dulles airport take 5a metrobus to Rosslyn station which is 6$. It tajkes 45 minutes and than take 3a Metrobus which is at the same place as land of of 5a. No need to walk. This takes 5 minutes and 2$. The stop is infront of the hotel. If you want to go to dc center take the metro from Rosslyn. I strongly sugest with the price and location.
Needed some photo copies made. Lady @ front desk wanted $1.00 each page. We found an alternative. Am willing to pay fair price; not open to being gouged.
The young lady who works the front desk in the morning is very helpful. She is very pleasant . My room was clean although I wonder when the last time the bedspreads were cleaned.
The woman who works the late afternoon /evening shift at the front desk is exceptionally unhelpful!! She gives the very clear impression that you are bothering her when you ask her anything.
The location to dc was really good. It was about a $12 cab ride to the Lincoln Monument.
Staff were so-so, not unfriendly but not friendly either, more indifferent. The room was dirty. There were a few hairs on the sheets and more under them. The bathroom floor was a bit dirty as well with dirt stains everywhere. Noise in the halls were easy to hear in the room and there was also no elevator.
Their was a slight mistake in the bill and the front desk person, Joyce, was very nice and efficient to have it corrected. The room was very clean and comfortable.
Minimal breakfast of fruit and danish should be disclosed in advertising.
